Mini Christmas quilt

Amazingly, I made a few things for Christmas presents this year.  Here is a little quilt that measures about 14" x 14".  My friend asked me to make her a small quilt to display her new nativity on.  So I whipped this baby out in about 10 days.  Now that is a miracle considering I find time to sew about 30 minutes a week.

I found a free pattern online that I thought would work well with the fabrics I chose.  Turned out it did.  Here's the pattern. And here's the quilt. I love the poinsettia fabric. I loved how this quilt turned out so much that I want one for myself. Sadly, I don't have enough of the poinsettia fabric...so I'm making a pot holder instead.
