Slow Cooker Pork with Apples, Rosemary and Other things

So I have been looking up crock pot recipes and going to town trying new ones because of our late Sunday schedule.  Last week I had a pork tenderloin and had never put one in the crock pot so I wanted to try it out.  I found this recipe that seemed like it might be good.  It definitely was different from my other pork tenderloin recipe.  Usually I don't make dinner foods with fruit in them but I know tons of people like that kind of thing so I wanted to try it.  The recipe was easy enough to follow.  I only omitted the potatoes and used dried rosemary instead of fresh.

Here's my stuff before the tenderloin was placed on top.
 The prepped tenderloin.
 Finished in the crockpot.
On the plate ready to eat.  I thought that it looked like an intricate meal to prepare so I was happy it turned out so well.  Only, I didn't like it.  The pork actually tasted lovely but I hated all of the vegetables and the apples.  Usually I can choke things down I don't like because I don't want to throw it away but I even threw the carrots away.  This was definitely not a dish for us, though the meat was good.
