This blog will include descriptions of all the really cool stuff I think I do. Maybe you'll think some of it is cool too.

Ice Claw!
Well, here is a frivolous read if ever I read one (I have read thousands)! I picked it up because I happen to like adventure/survival books like Hatchet by Gary Paulsen. Well, this wasn't really like that at all, though there were some minute (as in the adjective) elements of survival. It was more about a kid on an adventure trying to solve a mysterious encryption, kind of like the kid spy Alex Rider, but Alex Rider is way better. But like Alex Rider and Ice Claw, most of the events that take place would, most likely, never ever take place in real life. I mean really, a 15 year old? Doing all those things? Not likely. But I still enjoyed it and surprisingly enough it had like no language whatsoever despite there being a crazy madman and all sorts of mayhem. Ice Claw is also the second in a series. I didn't really know that, but I don't think I suffered for reading it out of order. I have the first one now and will hopefully enjoy it.
