Jello Pudding Pie

What would a stereotypical Mormon housewife do with J-E-L-L-O???  Well, she would  just sit down and cry.  A housewife isn't really a housewife without a great Jello salad recipe or without boxes of pudding in her food storage.  These are crucial to her identity.

So when my dad asked me to make a dessert on Monday for Monday night dinner (we were having guests), I wanted something super simple that wouldn't require too much work.  The criteria included it being something my dad would eat (which means sugar-free) and that it would be good.  My dad has been eating sugar-free things since I've known him, which is all my life, so I'm used to it and I always make something that tastes good.  I decided to make this yummy Jello chocolate pudding pie.  To make it sugary for us normal folk I bought a small package of to-go oreos and we got some whipped cream.  I, however, don't enjoy whipped cream on my desserts so that was for the others.  I mashed up the oreos to make cookie crumbs and this was the best, easiest, no-bake dessert ever.  Yum.
