Mint Brownie Bites

My apartment manager is moving on to a new job and I wanted to make her cookies (because she's been awesome).  I wasn't sure what she liked but everybody likes chocolate so I made my mint brownie bites.  I got the recipe out of a magazine during the holiday season about 3 years ago.  The cookie is pure chocolate and the mint comes in the frosting.  Previous to this very day, I had never made the frosting but I wanted to try it and it is good.  It is made with white chocolate and is so creamylicious.  I added crushed mint to the frosting as well.  I tasted one of these treats and my first thought was, 'where's the chocolate taste?'  It came about 30 seconds later.  I am still not convinced that this brownie bite goes with this frosting recipe.  Alone they are both super delicious, but when their powers combine, I'm not entirely convinced of their deliciousness.  One consumer said that she really liked them.  I'll try them out on my co-workers tomorrow.  Knowing that some people don't like mint, I left some of the cookies plain and separated from the minty goodness.
