Hanger Cover

I went to Hancock's today because they were having a great Columbus Day sale.  Three of their pattern company's had sales so I had to go get some (I held back: I only got three patterns).  I ended up getting a pattern that included all sorts of laundry things.  It included this easy pattern for a hanger cover too.  My mom had made me a hanger cover many moons ago and I always wanted to make one too.  So now I have.  It was so easy! 

I chose some thirties reproduction fabric that my mom had left lying around because I am hoping to sell it at the craft fair where I am going to peddle my wares in December.  Maybe someone will think it is cute for their girl. 

You may wonder why you want or need a hanger cover.  Have you ever gone to your closet to find your favorite dress rumpled on the floor because it fell off the hanger?  Well, use a hanger cover and that slippery dress will stick to the cotton fabric and your problem is solved!
