Craft Fair

If you read my previous post you know I am having a table at a craft fair in December.  I had one last year that was actually pretty disappointing.  Last year was just a disappointing year in many ways.  But this year I have had a lot of fun getting ready for the craft fair, thanks to a new friend who likes to craft too.  In thinking about last year's craft fair I decided that I wanted a name tag.  Even if people don't call me by name, it is nice to have one.  Here is the one I made today.  It took about 30 minutes.

I cut out some muslin and wrote my name (freehand) on the front. 

I sewed it on the purple using variegated thread and a zigzag stitch.

I sewed the front to the back and here is the finished product.  I will simply attach it with a safety pin.  Ta da!
