Frosted Double Chocolate Cookies

Yum.  Yum.  Yum.  A direct quote from a consumer today, "Kat, you've outdone yourself with these."  Indeed.  This is not a new recipe, but it is new to my blog.  I have made these delicious cookies multiple times and each time they are better than the last.  The trick is that the cookies are made chocolate by melting chocolate chips instead of using cocoa powder.  So good and yet so easy too.  And frosting!  Who knew that frosting on a cookie could be so decadent.  I guess I should've known since I've been making sugar cookies for eons and eons.
