I made some cookies, big surprise, and they were oatmeal raisin. Yummy. The only thing different between these cookies and other oatmeal cookies is that I used molasses in them. Were they different? Slightly. Why did I share this short post with you? Because I thought you might find it interesting to know that using molasses in a cookie doesn't make it a gingersnap. And because I took pictures and I love sharing pictures of food.
