My Busy Bees

I got the most adorable fabric in May...it was covered in bees and honey and cuteness.  I decided to make a quilt pattern that I've made plenty of times.  Unfortunately, I think these bees are a little too busy now that they are part of the quilt.  I'm not too fond of the way the whole quilt looks but I still love the fabric and it is still hanging up in my house (I debated going to buy more fabric and starting over with a different pattern; current funding does not allow this).

And I had enough fabric leftover to make two 8" trivets for a wedding present I need later this summer.
