My New Ridiculous Apron

I have been wanting to make a new apron for awhile (years?) but I kept finding and losing my fabric when I moved.  I believe that my mom bought me this fabric more than 10 years ago stating something to the effect of, "it's perfect for you!"  I can concur with that statement.  It is slightly ridiculous but it is certainly perfect for an apron for me.  It took me awhile to get my act together to get over and buy the accent fabric but I finally did that over Veteran's day weekend.  I actually wanted a neon pink or purple but none of the colors were right so I went with the green. I even put pockets in this apron, which I never do (because who uses the pockets in an apron?).

Here is a close up of the ridiculous cooking dragons!  I love them and this apron will always put a smile on my face.
