Recycling
Every good Mormon housewife should be trying to save the earth by recycling (and other things, I'm sure). Well, I was looking around in my sewing room working on small projects and I saw a calendar that I've been keeping for forever. When I say forever, I mean it. It is a unicorn calendar and I really, really liked the art in it and I was hoping that creativity would strike one day and I could recycle this calendar into something awesome. Well, that was 15 years ago; that's right, years! In the interim I got rid of all my awesome calendars because they were taking up space: what a mistake. How I long for those calendars now that I know what to do with them. That is, make envelopes. This was the easiest thing in the world to do. I just need to get labels or white stickers or something for the addresses.

Very cool-where did you get the template?
ReplyDeleteAll you have to do is take apart an envelope that you already have that is the size you want. Then, you should make a template from cardstock because the envelope itself is pretty flimsy.
