Deeply Delicious Chicken Soup

Here is another keeper recipe from my trusty dietician's website.  So far, all of her recipes have been fabulous.  I made this one because I happened to have some chicken broth that I wanted to use up.  I also had some celery in the freezer that I could use as well.  And, at the time, it was a little chilly and soup sounded just right.

Here is my pot with just the vegetables inside: carrots, garlic, celery, onion.

The same pot with the chicken added in.  This was seriously such an easy recipe and took only an hour or less to make.  The recipe says to let everything simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors mesh together.  The timing of our dinner made it so the soup simmered for about 30 minutes.  It was still delicious and still only took an hour to make.

My finished soup.  Yum!
