A Tradition of Thanks

I have been meaning to post about this for weeks...you guessed it: since Thanksgiving!  When November rolled around this year I saw some people on facebook doing something they were thankful for each day.  Well, I decided I wanted to do something like that too, but at home since I don't love facebook.  So was born a new tradition: Thanksgiving leaves.  At dinner time (or thereabouts) we each wrote something down we were thankful for that day with no repeats.  It was pretty fun.  Don't ask me why I decided to make a wreath around our family picture.  That's just how it happened.  I wrote the cycling leaf about two hours before I started my 104 mile ride.  When I got home I was still happy with my leaf.  Hot showers is also a favorite of mine.
