Well I felt like I wanted to bake cookies for my co-workers for Monday, and I wanted something super easy. I had all the ingredients for peanut butter cookies and I know that they like peanut butter over there (many of them have an addiction to peanut M & M's). So I got baking. I only made a half recipe so that made it easier and less time consuming.

After baking. They look perfect to me.
After the chocolate drizzle. It only takes about five minutes to drizzle cookies with a chocolate chip and butter mixture. And you get a hint of chocolate. Yum! Some people don't like chocolate so I left it off of a few of them (not all cookies are shown).
